Job summary

Technify Talent is partnering with a growing technology business to recruit a Solutions Engineer. This role focuses on helping customers understand the value of solutions, supporting implementations and shaping product development.

You will own the technical engagement from discovery to deployment guidance, collaborating with engineering and product teams to translate needs into practical solutions and drive product improvements.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer-facing technical roles (Solutions Engineering, Sales Engineering, or Technical Consulting).
• Knowledge of enterprise IT environments and modern software infrastructure.
• Understanding of information security, risk management and secure system design.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical discussions and act as a trusted technical adviser to customers.
• Support commercial opportunities through product demonstrations, solution design and technical consultation.
• Coordinate proof-of-concept projects, product evaluations and technical validation exercises.
• Translate customer requirements into practical technical solutions.
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to communicate customer insights and influence future improvements.
• Develop technical knowledge across the product portfolio and help customers maximise its value.
• Support the enablement of external partners and contribute to the wider go-to-market strategy.
• Identify opportunities for account growth and work with commercial teams to progress them.
