The role combines technical consultation, sales, estimating and project coordination, working with customers and internal teams to develop solutions, secure business and drive revenue growth.

Qualifications

• Experience in technical sales or engineering sales.
• Ability to interpret technical drawings and product information.
• Experience preparing quotations and costing jobs.
• Strong customer-facing communication.

Responsibilities

• Act as a technical point of contact for customers, advising on products.
• Translating customer enquiries into accurate quotations and proposals.
• Interpreting technical drawings and product information to meet requirements.
• Calculating job costs and ensuring appropriate margins.
• Proactively following up leads and opportunities to convert enquiries into orders.
• Building relationships with customers and identifying revenue growth opportunities.
• Conducting customer visits, site assessments and product demonstrations.
• Preparing accurate technical information and ensuring smooth handover to operations.
• Monitoring sales activity and maintaining pipeline information.
