Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Gather and analyse business and technical requirements with clients.
• Design and recommend technical solutions to meet client needs.
• Provide expert guidance throughout project lifecycle.
• Configure, implement and support software and technology solutions.
• Deliver product demonstrations, workshops and user training sessions.
• Produce technical documentation and user guides.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure delivery.
• Troubleshoot issues during implementation and support phases.
• Manage client relationships and provide post-implementation support.
• Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices.
