Job summary

KONE is seeking a Customer Solutions Engineer to provide technical support for the Liverpool–Manchester region, based in Warrington. You will own order handling, define specifications, CAD/layout drawings, and estimate installation times and costs while addressing technical questions.

You will collaborate with Sales and Operations, coordinate with designers, contractors and suppliers, and ensure solutions meet codes and safety requirements.

Qualifications

Engineering/technical background; mechanical engineering preferred.
Excellent communication skills and customer-focused.
Basic AutoCAD; Revit/Navisworks desirable; MS Office 365 Proficiency.

Responsibilities

Provide technical and costing support to the sales process.
Coordinate specifications and delivery times with Supply Line, Sourcing, or local subcontractors.
Own solution engineering and ensure codes, regulations, and safety requirements are met.
Organise the order process and documentation; create project plans to keep on schedule.
Carry out project site surveys and manage drawings and material specifications.
