Job summary

KONE is hiring a Construction Manager to lead lifts modernisation and installation projects across Yorkshire or the North West. You will manage scope, schedules, and budgets while acting as the primary interface to customers and stakeholders to ensure satisfaction and profitability.

The role requires strong leadership, safety compliance, and hands-on coordination of teams and subcontractors, with hybrid working and UK travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience leading installation teams and coordinating subcontractors.
• Strong customer and stakeholder relationship management.
• Solid financial planning and cost control for projects.
• Excellent health and safety knowledge is essential.

Responsibilities

• Lead projects from hand-over to customer handover and maintenance.
• Oversee startup, reviews, reporting and change management.
• Plan site readiness, logistics, and resource allocation.
• Manage installation team and subcontractors with adequate resourcing.
• Maintain proactive customer communication and stakeholder management.
• Oversee project financials including cash flow and revenue management.
