- Technical background in lift industry or engineering/construction.
- Ability to develop tailored modernisation proposals for customers.
- Capability to produce accurate quotations and evaluate commercial viability.
Responsibilities
- Develop tailored lift modernisation proposals for existing and new customers.
- Assess requirements and recommend technically appropriate modernisation solutions.
- Prepare accurate and competitive quotations for lift modernisation projects.
- Review site information, technical specs, surveys and customer requirements.
- Collaborate with Sales, Engineering, Operations, Procurement and Installation teams.
- Ensure quotations comply with standards, technical requirements and legislation.
- Respond to technical queries from customers and internal stakeholders.
- Support negotiations by providing technical clarification and alternatives.
- Monitor quotation success rates and identify opportunities to improve competitiveness.
- Maintain accurate records in CRM and quotation management systems.
- Keep up to date with industry developments and emerging lift technologies.
