Job summary

KONE Warrington is seeking a Customer Solutions Engineer to support the sales team by translating customer needs into engineered lift and escalator solutions. Based in Warrington, you will own the order handling process, define specifications, prepare CAD layouts, and estimate installation times and costs with the project team.

You will cooperate with architects, contractors and operations, provide technical and costing support, ensure compliance with codes and safety requirements, and manage

Qualifications

• Engineering or mechanical engineering degree or diploma.
• Excellent communication and customer-focused approach.
• Basic AutoCAD experience; training provided.
• Prefer Revit and Navisworks experience.
• It literacy and MS Office 365 proficiency.
• Driving license required.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical and costing support during the sales process.
• Coordinate specifications and delivery with Supply Line and subcontractors.
• Own solution engineering and ensure codes, regs and safety requirements.
• Carry out site surveys and organize project handover to Operations.
• Create plans and ensure projects run to schedule.
• Maintain drawings, material specs and related documentation.
