Job summary

KONE is seeking a Customer Solutions Engineer in Warrington, UK, to support the sales team with technical proposals, specifications, and project planning. You will own order handling, from CAD layouts to delivery timing and costs, coordinating with design teams and subcontractors.

The role requires engineering background, strong communication, and IT literacy, with training on AutoCAD, Revit, and related tools. Hybrid working and a comprehensive benefits package are offered.

Qualifications

• Engineering/technical background with a diploma or degree in mechanical engineering (preferable).
• Excellent communication skills and customer focus with attention to detail.
• Basic AutoCAD experience; training will be provided.
• Revit and Navisworks experience desirable.
• IT literacy; fluent in Microsoft Office 365.
• Driving license and willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to sales through proposals and specifications.
• Coordinate specifications and delivery times with Supply Line and subcontractors.
• Organise order process and documentation; manage drawings and material specs.
• Ensure compliance with codes, regulations, and safety requirements.
• Carry out site surveys and assist with project handover to Operations.
• Manage project plans to keep on schedule.
