Job summary

ThreatAware is seeking a technically sharp Solutions Engineer to join Labs at the ground floor. You’ll be the go-to technical expert for prospective and existing customers, blending deep technical know-how with a commercial mindset to drive adoption of Labs from demos to daily use.

You will deliver hands-on demos, own onboarding, and support, and work closely with Sales Engineering and Account Management to uncover opportunities while feeding customer insights back into the product roadmap.

Qualifications

• Hands-on technical background with ability to configure and troubleshoot a technical product.
• Comfortable delivering hands-on product demonstrations to customers.
• Ability to guide customers through purchase decisions and show commercial awareness.

Responsibilities

• Deliver hands-on product demonstrations for Labs.
• Own technical onboarding and light-touch ongoing support.
• Guide prospects and customers through adopting Labs with their needs in mind.
• Collaborate with Sales Engineering and Account Management to identify opportunities within customers.
• Provide customer insight to help shape the Labs roadmap.
