Job summary

Dynatrace is seeking a Solution Engineer in the United Kingdom to join the sales engine and deliver expert technical support to the sales team. You will run demos, manage PoCs on-site and remotely, and build relationships with customers while collaborating with Dynatrace’s labs, services consultants, CSMs and marketing.

You will need a strong background in observability and application performance management, with 3–5 years of relevant experience and a Bachelor’s in CS or equivalent.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent education/experience required.
• 3 years of experience within the observability space.

Responsibilities

• Evangelize Dynatrace’s product offerings at trade shows and customer meetings to promote new business.
• Partner with sales to identify new and incremental opportunities.
• Participate in PoC creation and cloud architecture discussions to support sales opportunities.
• Present Dynatrace’s vision to customer executives.
• Provide technical guidance in Discovery, Solution Evaluation, and Solution Proposal stages.
• Deliver on-stage demonstrations at events or booths.
• Gather feedback from customers to Product Management to improve market fit.
• Collaborate with partners and act as technical contact for them.
• Role may be filled at a higher level based on experience.
