Job summary

Global-e, Nasdaq: GLBE, seeks a Solutions Engineer to drive technical discussions with online retailers and brands expanding cross-border sales. You will lead integration strategies, prototype integrations, and coordinate with Sales, Project, Product, and R&D teams to deliver end-to-end solutions.

The role requires 3+ years in solution design/integration in a SaaS environment, strong communication skills, and a solid foundation in RESTful APIs and SQL.

Qualifications

• 3+ years experience in solution design / integration with direct client interaction, in SaaS-based environment
• Strong communication skills to convey complex concepts to technical and non-technical audiences
• BA/BS/Master degree in Computer Science or another technical field
• Solid understanding of systems integration concepts, API implementation (RESTful services) and relational databases (SQL)
• Experience collaborating with distant teams and adapting to changing environments

Responsibilities

• Help clients understand the power and flexibility of Global-e’s platform, explaining technical features and solving roadblocks
• Lead technology and integration tracks in face-to-face and remote meetings with prospects and clients
• Provide best-practice integration strategies to optimize the Global-e platform for customer success
• Act as a technical focal point for integrating clients and prototype integrations in merchant environments
• Stay up-to-date with product features and roadmaps, feeding field feedback to Product & R&D
