Job summary

Global-e, Nasdaq: GLBE, is the world’s leading platform for global direct-to-consumer e-commerce, enabling brands to sell worldwide with localized experiences. We seek a skilled Solutions Engineer to support Sales, Project, Product and R&D teams, conducting technical discussions with online retailers and brands expanding cross-border business.

Qualifications

3+ years experience in solution design / integration with direct client interaction in a SaaS environment.
Strong communication skills to convey complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.
BA/BS/Master in Computer Science or a related technical field.
Understanding of systems integration concepts, API implementation (RESTful) and relational databases (SQL).
Experience collaborating with distant teams and managing multiple priorities.
Experience in eCommerce or Logistics is a plus.

Responsibilities

Lead technology and integration tracks in client meetings (face-to-face or remote).
Explain platform features and help resolve roadblocks for customers.
Identify business opportunities and strategize to overcome technical objections.
Provide best-practice integration recommendations to optimize platform effectiveness.
Stay up-to-date with product roadmaps and relay field feedback to Product and R&D.
