Job summary

WUNDERTALENT is seeking a driven Solutions Engineer to support Sales, Project, Product and R&D teams in advancing cross-border SaaS integrations for online retailers and brands. The role involves leading technology strategy and engaging with prospects in person or virtually to showcase solutions.

You will partner with the sales team to qualify opportunities, articulate technical approaches, and prototype integrations within merchant environments, playing a pivotal role in driving platform

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in API, solution architecture or client-facing technical consulting.
• Ability to present technically to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Degree in CS, software engineering or related field.

We're seeking a driven and technically savvy Solutions Engineer to play a pivotal role in supporting our client's Sales, Project, Product and R&D teams in driving technical discussions with online retailers and brands looking to scale their cross-border business using our client's SaaS platform.

The role will involve leading technology strategy and integration discussions with prospects and existing clients, both in-person and virtually.

Key Responsibilities:

• Partner with the sales team to identify and qualify commercial opportunities, surface key technical objections, and develop strategies to overcome technical barriers to adoption
• Provide expert guidance on optimal integration approaches to successfully implement the complete solution, offering "best practice" recommendations to clients to maximize the effectiveness of the integrated platform
• Serve as the technical point of contact for integrating clients, possessing the technical acumen to demonstrate and prototype integrations within merchant environments
• Deliver ongoing education and technical support to existing partners and integrated clients to drive platform adoption and expansion

Core Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a API, solution architecture or Client facing technical consulting role involving direct client engagement, ideally in a SaaS environment
• Exceptional communication abilities, with the capacity to deliver compelling solution presentations and articulate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or a related technical field
