Global-e is seeking a skilled Solutions Engineer to support Sales, Project, Product and R&D teams, conducting technical discussions with online retailers and brands expanding cross-border business.

You will lead technology and integration tracks in both face-to-face and remote meetings, stay up to date with Global-e’s platform, and translate client feedback into product enhancements while solving complex integration challenges.

Formación

• Bachelors/Masters in CS or technical field.
• 5+ years in solution design/integration with direct client interaction in SaaS.
• Knowledge of systems integration, RESTful APIs and SQL.
• Strong communication and ability to explain complex concepts.
• Experience in ecommerce and logistics/operations.
• Experience collaborating with distant teams.

Responsabilidades

• Lead technology and integration tracks in client meetings (onsite and remote).
• Explain platform features and troubleshoot potential roadblocks.
• Identify opportunities, objections and develop technical resolution strategies.
• Recommend integration strategies for best-practice deployments.
• Act as technical focal point for client integrations and prototypes.
• Provide ongoing education and technical assistance to partners.
• Stay updated on product roadmap and field feedback.
