Job summary

OneSpan in the UK is seeking a Solutions Engineer who combines technical depth with business insight. You will partner with Sales to translate customer challenges into compelling, deployable solution designs.

You’ll lead workshops, run discovery sessions, present architectures to executives, and help position OneSpan’s cybersecurity and digital identity offerings. Travel within the UKI region will be required (~25%).

Qualifications

• Experience in Solutions Engineering or similar customer-facing role.
• Ability to connect technical capabilities to business outcomes.
• Strong presentation, storytelling, and communication skills.
• Experience leading workshops and executive conversations.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Sales to drive customer engagements from discovery through solution design and validation.
• Lead customer discovery sessions to uncover goals and success criteria.
• Translate customer needs into impactful solution strategies with measurable business value.
• Design, whiteboard, and present solution architectures for technical and business stakeholders.
• Deliver demonstrations, workshops, and proofs-of-concept.
• Build trusted relationships with customers, prospects, and partners.
• Support RFx responses and technical aspects of the sales cycle.
• Maintain technical relationships with partner ecosystem in the region.
• Act as the voice of the customer and provide feedback to Product and Engineering.
• Stay current on industry trends and participate in trade shows and events.
• Roll up your sleeves to move opportunities forward and help customers succeed.
