Job Description:

Hawksworth is recruiting a Solution Architect with experience in the Customer Service line for a large organization. This role involves working closely with Customer Focused Engineering product teams to define and deliver technology roadmaps and solution architectures, ensuring successful implementation.

Details:

• Type: Permanent
• Location: Doncaster (hybrid working, minimum once a month in the office)
• Salary: Up to £110k + up to 18% bonus + pension and benefits
• Client: Global Financial Services company (Financial Services background preferred)

Requirements:

• Experience as Solution Architect in medium to large organizations
• Background in Agile, product-centric technology development, and digital solution architecture with customer focus
• End-to-end solution architecture for customer products, including design, modeling, coding, integration, and operational ownership
• Expertise in Salesforce (preferably Financial Services Cloud)
• Experience enabling CRM within complex ecosystems
• Customer Journey experience
