Job Description:

Hawksworth is recruiting for a Solution Architect with experience in the Customer Service Line for a large organization. This role involves working closely with Customer Focused Engineering product teams to define and deliver technology roadmaps and solution architectures, ensuring successful implementation.

• The position is permanent.
• Location: Chesterfield, UK
• Hybrid working model: minimum once a month in the office
• Salary: up to £110k + up to 18% bonus + pension and other benefits.

Requirements:

• Experience as a Solution Architect in medium to large organizations
• Background in Agile, product-centric, digital solution architecture with customer focus
• End-to-end solution architecture experience for customer products, including design, modelling, integration, and operational ownership
• Expertise in Salesforce, preferably Financial Services Cloud
• Experience in enabling CRM within complex ecosystems
• Customer Journey experience
