Job Description:

Hawksworth is recruiting for a Solution Architect with experience in the Customer Service line for a large organization. This role involves working closely with Customer Focused Engineering product teams to define and implement technology roadmaps and solution architectures.

• The position is permanent.

Required skills and experience:

• Experience as a Solution Architect in medium to large organizations
• Background in Agile, product-centric technology development, and digital solution architecture focused on customer functions
• End-to-end solution architecture experience for customer products, including design, modeling, coding frameworks, integrations, and operational ownership
• Expertise in Salesforce, preferably Financial Services Cloud
• Experience in enabling CRM within complex application ecosystems
• Customer Journey experience
