Job Description:

Hawksworth is recruiting for a Solution Architect with experience in the Customer Service Line for a large organization. This role involves collaborating with Customer Focused Engineering product teams to define and deliver technology roadmaps and solution architectures, ensuring successful implementation.

• This is a permanent position.
• Location: Derby (Hybrid working, minimum once a month in the office)
• Salary: up to £110k + up to 18% bonus + excellent pension plan and benefits.
• The client is a global Financial Services company; experience in financial services is highly desirable.

Required skills and experience:

• Experience as a Solution Architect in medium to large organizations
• Background in Agile, product-centric technology development, and digital solution architecture with a focus on customer functions
• End-to-end solution architecture for customer products, including design, modeling, coding frameworks, integrations, and operational ownership
• Expertise in Salesforce, preferably Financial Services Cloud
• Experience enabling CRM within complex application ecosystems
• Customer Journey experience
