Benefit Cosmetics UK is seeking a Part-time Counter Manager for a solo counter at John Lewis Exeter. The role includes delivering beauty services, driving sales, and managing counter operations in a fixed-term capacity.

You will lead customer experiences, ensure stock availability, and coordinate with management to achieve targets while maintaining high hygiene and visual standards in-store.

Formación

• Minimum 2–4 years of prior customer service experience in a retail or hospitality environment.

Responsabilidades

• Provide waxing, tinting, and tweezing services to drive revenue and customer satisfaction.
• Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to counter goals.
• Develop in-store and external events to boost sales and brand awareness.
• Maintain counter stock and report inventory concerns to minimise lost sales.
• Communicate between store management and area managers for smooth operations.
• Oversee daily, weekly, monthly, and annual administrative tasks.
• Ensure hygiene and presentation standards for a professional shopping environment.
