Benefit Cosmetics UK is seeking a Full-time Counter Manager for a solo counter at Boots, Winchester. The role focuses on delivering exceptional customer experiences while achieving sales targets and managing counter operations.

As this is a solo counter, previous team management is not required, though there will be management aspects to oversee. The position offers ongoing training and opportunities to drive brand growth in-store.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of customer service experience in retail or hospitality is preferred.
• Strong sales focus with the ability to meet targets and drive revenue.
• Passion for cosmetics and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
• Self-motivated, proactive and able to work independently.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsabilités

• Provide brow services, waxing, tinting, and tweezing to guests to boost service revenue.
• Connect with customers, demonstrate products, and achieve personal sales targets.
• Develop in-store events, product launches, and collaborations to grow sales and brand awareness.
• Maintain stock levels and report inventory concerns to minimise missed opportunities.
• Serve as a bridge between store staff and area managers for smooth operations.
• Support daily, weekly, monthly, and annual admin tasks for the counter.
• Maintain high standards of hygiene and counter presentation at all times.
