Benefit Cosmetics UK is seeking a Part-time Counter Manager for the Sephora Eldon Square counter in Newcastle. You will lead Brow and Beauty Experts, drive sales, and deliver exceptional customer experiences while upholding brand standards.

Key duties include coaching the team, scheduling, stock control, and coordinating local events to boost sales. Flexible weekend availability is required; at least 4 years in customer service and 6 months in a supervisory role are expected.

Qualifications

• Passion for make-up and Retail with a focus on achieving sales targets.
• Result-oriented, who likes a challenge and exceeding sales expectations.
• Desire to provide a unique customer experience that drives customer loyalty and repeat business.
• Flexible availability including weekends, late nights, Bank holidays and holiday periods.
• A minimum of 4 years of prior customer service experience in a retail or hospitality environment is required for this role with a passion for sales success.
• Minimum 6 months of management experience.

Responsabilités

• Lead and motivate Brow and Beauty Experts to hit and exceed sales goals.
• Provide waxing, tinting, and tweezing services to ensure satisfaction.
• Personally connect with customers to achieve individual sales targets.
• Conduct daily team meetings and promote open communication.
• Develop in-store events and external collaborations to boost sales and brand awareness.
• Ensure counter is fully stocked and report stock concerns to minimise lost sales.
