Benefit Cosmetics is seeking a Part-time Counter Manager for the Boots counter in Woking. This is a solo counter role, requiring hands-on leadership with no mandatory prior management experience, though some management aspects apply.

You will help achieve sales targets while delivering exceptional customer experiences. The position is 22.5 hours across 4 days per week, with weekend availability and flexibility to cover peak periods.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service and drive sales targets at the Boots counter.
• Personally engage with customers, demonstrate products and close sales to meet personal targets.
• Develop in-store events and partnerships to boost brand presence and sales.
• Maintain counter stock levels and communicate needs to the Area Manager.
• Act as a liaison between store management and area managers for smooth operations.
• Oversee daily administration and ensure the counter remains clean and visually appealing.
