Benefit Cosmetics UK is seeking a Part-time Counter Manager for House of Fraser in Norwich. This 22.5-hour role over 4 days is ideal for a driven retail professional, with no prior management required though some leadership tasks exist.

As Counter Manager you will drive sales, deliver brow services, maintain counter presentation, manage stock, and liaise with area managers to ensure smooth operations and outstanding customer experiences.

Qualifikationen

Aufgaben

• Brow services & revenue generation with waxing, tinting, tweezing.
• Target-driven sales to meet individual and counter goals.
• Develop in-store and external events to boost sales and brand awareness.
• Stock optimisation and reporting concerns to the Area Manager.
• Serve as communications lead between store, department managers and area managers.
• Oversee daily and monthly administrative tasks to ensure smooth operations.
• Maintain professional counter presentation and hygiene at all times.
