Benefit Cosmetics UK in Glasgow Fort is seeking a Full-time Counter Manager to lead Brow and Beauty Experts, drive sales targets, and deliver exceptional customer experiences.

You will manage the counter operations, schedule staff, coordinate events and promotions, maintain brand presentation, and collaborate with store management to grow our presence.

Flexibility including weekends and late shifts is required to meet the needs of a busy counter environment.

Qualifications

• Demonstrates dynamic, enthusiastic, sales-driven approach.
• Retail experience with focus on achieving sales targets.
• Strong customer-service mindset in a fast-paced environment.
• Minimum 6 months of leadership or supervisory experience.

Responsabilités

• Sales Management: Lead and motivate Brow and Beauty Experts to hit sales goals and maintain high service standards.
• Brow Services: Provide waxing, tinting, and tweezing to boost repeat appointments.
• Target-Driven Sales: Engage customers, demonstrate products, and achieve personal sales targets.
• Teamwork and Motivation: Run daily team meetings and promote open communication.
• Business Growth: Organise in-store and external events to boost sales and brand awareness.
• Stock Optimisation: Keep counter fully stocked and report inventory concerns.
• Communication Leadership: Coordinate with store and area managers to ensure smooth information flow.
• Efficient Administration: Handle daily, weekly, monthly, and annual tasks with accuracy.
• Staff Scheduling Excellence: Create fair monthly rotas to optimise coverage.
• Brand Presentation: Maintain hygiene and a visually appealing counter and displays.
