Benefit Cosmetics in Maidenhead is seeking a part-time Counter Manager for 22.5 hours over four days at Boots Maidenhead. This solo counter role focuses on delivering outstanding customer experiences, achieving sales targets and maintaining brand presentation.

You will handle brow services and product demonstrations, drive revenue and coordinate stock and administration with senior management. No prior management of a team is required, but leadership tasks and a professional counter are expected.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of customer service experience in retail or hospitality.
• Passion for makeup and sales with a focus on targets.
• Flexible availability including weekends and holidays.
• Able to work independently on a solo counter.

Responsibilities

• Brow services & revenue generation: provide waxing, tinting and tweezing services to drive revenue.
• Target-driven sales: connect with customers, demonstrate products, and meet personal sales targets.
• Business growth: develop in-store events and collaborations to boost sales and brand awareness.
• Stock optimisation: ensure counter is well stocked and report inventory concerns.
• Communication leadership: act as a bridge between store/department managers and area managers.
• Efficient administration: handle daily, weekly, monthly, and annual admin tasks.
• Brand presentation: maintain hygiene and displays for a professional counter.
