Benefit Cosmetics UK is seeking a Part-time Counter Manager for our Boots Maidenhead counter. Working 22.5 hours over four days, you will deliver brow services, connect with customers, and drive sales while maintaining counter presentation.

As a solo counter, you will manage stock, coordinate with area managers, and lead by example to deliver exceptional customer experiences. A passion for makeup and a proven sales focus will help you succeed in this role.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 4 years of customer service experience in retail or hospitality.
• Passion for sales and a flexible weekend availability.
• Dynamic, self-motivated and target-driven with strong problem solving.

Aufgaben

• Deliver brow services (waxing, tinting, tweezing) and drive service revenue.
• Achieve personal sales targets and support counter goals.
• Develop in-store events and collaborations to boost brand awareness.
• Maintain counter stock and report shortages to Area Manager.
• Communicate between store managers and area managers.
• Manage daily, weekly and monthly admin tasks.
• Uphold hygiene and counter presentation standards.
