Benefit Cosmetics UK is seeking a part-time Counter Manager for a solo Boots Maidenhead counter. You will drive service revenue through brow services, product demos and personal sales while delivering exceptional customer experiences.

The role requires strong sales focus, flexibility to work weekends and holidays, and a passion for beauty. Manage stock, coordinate events, and maintain counter presentation with support from the Area Manager.

Responsibilities

• Provide waxing, tinting, and tweezing to drive service revenue.
• Achieve personal sales targets and support counter goals.
• Develop in-store events and collaborations to boost sales and awareness.
• Maintain stock levels and report shortages to minimise lost sales.
• Communicate between store teams and area managers to flow information.
• Handle daily, weekly, monthly admin tasks to support operations.
• Maintain hygiene and visual standards of counter and displays.
