Job summary

RedRock Resourcing is seeking an experienced Software Trainer to design, deliver, and continuously improve training across a complex software product portfolio. You will deliver classroom, virtual, and hands-on training while developing blended content and user guides.

The role emphasises effective communication, stakeholder management, and the ability to simplify technical concepts for diverse audiences. Experience with SaaS, financial services or employee benefits is valued.

Qualifications

Excellent presentation, facilitation and communication skills.
Ability to explain complex technical concepts to different audiences.
Experience creating digital learning content using video, screen-recording and presentation tools.
Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
Excellent organisation and planning skills.
Genuine passion for learning, knowledge sharing and developing others.

Responsibilities

Deliver classroom, virtual, workshop and hands-on training.
Train users across software functionality, workflows, configuration, administration, reporting and troubleshooting.
Develop and maintain instructor-led, eLearning, blended-learning and digital training content.
Create user guides, videos, simulations, knowledge articles and quick-reference materials.
Conduct practical exercises and competency assessments.
Support client onboarding, software implementation and new product releases.
Coach and mentor employees to develop product knowledge.
Collaborate with Product, Development, QA, Professional Services, Support and Customer Success teams.
Monitor training effectiveness and continuously improve training programmes.
