Job summary

Understanding Recruitment Ltd is hiring for a Solutions Consulting role in the UK. You will transform technical knowledge into a customer-facing career with full training, progression opportunities, and a package up to £65k.

The position is based in Letchworth Garden City, onsite five days a week. You will demonstrate software solutions, understand client needs, and work with sales and product teams to drive value.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with software applications, SaaS platforms or business systems.
• Experience in software support, implementation or product training in a customer-facing role.
• Strong communication skills and ability to explain software clearly to non-technical customers.
• Confident engaging with customers and understanding their business requirements.
• Genuine interest in progressing into software consulting and pre-sales.
• Willingness to commute to Letchworth Garden City 5 days per week.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrating software solutions to prospective customers.
• Understanding business challenges and recommending solutions.
