• Able to recruit contractors, permanent staff, and employed consultants.

Responsibilities

• Develop long-term professional relationships with clients, candidates, and the delivery team.
• Source, short-list, and place candidates for contractor, permanent, and employed roles.
• Understand clients and industries to brief candidates on live vacancies.
• Arrange and manage interviews, and negotiate offers.
• Prepare CVs and draft correspondence across recruitment lifecycle.
• Advise clients and candidates on market rates, training and career progression.
• Prospect and secure new business.
• Support delivery team with rates cards and bid responses.
