Nobul Resourcing Solutions Limited is seeking a solutions consultant / customer success professional to operate remotely in the UK. The role focuses on translating complex customer questions into practical platform configurations and building scalable adoption practices.
Ideal candidates have owned named accounts, run discovery, and driven changes to what is built or configured. You will be technically credible without being an engineer and work with SaaS customers to maximize product value.
Fully remote, UK | £55,000 to £65,000 | Full time
Their clients keep asking harder questions than anyone has time to answer properly.
Our client is an established UK B2B SaaS business selling into regulated, operationally complex industries. Founded nearly twenty years ago, bootstrapped, profitable, and deliberately so. No investor clock ticking, no growth-at-all-costs, just a product their customers run their operations on every day.
That last part is the problem they are hiring to solve. Customers are running real operations on the platform, which means they arrive with genuinely complex questions. A change to how their configuration works. Why something behaves the way it does. A workflow that is costing them hours a week and probably should not be.
A lot of customers are using a fraction of what they bought.
What you would actually do
Sit between the customer's problem and the platform, and work out what should happen.
That means running proper discovery rather than taking the order. Digging into usage data to find where customers are working harder than they need to. Designing the answer on the platform and showing them how to use it. Spotting when five accounts have the same underlying problem and fixing it once rather than five times. And telling a customer straight when the platform is not the right answer.
Who this suits
Someone who has done this in SaaS already, whether the title was solutions consultant, technical account manager, product adoption or customer success. What matters is that you have owned named accounts, run your own discovery, and changed what got built or configured as a result.
You need to be technically credible without being an engineer, comfortable explaining complicated things to people who are not technical, and the sort of person who spots the work and starts it rather than waiting to be told. There is nobody here doing this job today, so you would be building the function, not inheriting it.
