Job summary

Affinity Workforce is seeking a Software Sales Executive to own the full sales cycle for our education and compliance tech portfolio, including Candidate Go, Affinity Elevate, and eSafeguarding. Nottingham-based with hybrid working, you’ll source opportunities, demo solutions, negotiate, and cultivate lasting customer relationships.

You’ll join as the first dedicated software salesperson, with training provided and clear career progression as our software portfolio expands.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a B2B sales or business development role.
• Proven experience generating leads, securing meetings, and closing sales.
• Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
• Experience working with CRM systems.
• Self-motivated, resilient, and target-driven.
• Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage a pipeline of new business opportunities across sectors.
• Conduct discovery meetings and deliver product demonstrations.
• Create proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals.
• Develop existing customer accounts through upselling and renewals.
• Attend networking events, trade shows, and industry conferences.
• Maintain CRM records and sales forecasts.
