Hargreaves Lansdown is seeking a Software Engineering Manager to lead one of our Investment Growth engineering teams. You will guide cross-functional engineers, drive delivery and innovation, and partner with product and business leaders to deliver client-focused outcomes.

The role requires strong leadership, collaboration, and a deep understanding of full-stack practices, CI/CD, and observability. The position supports hybrid working from Bristol with flexible hours.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated tech leadership in complex organisations.
• Set guard rails for scope, technology, quality and nonfunctional requirements.
• Collaborate with Product Managers and business stakeholders.
• Strong understanding of full-stack engineering practices including CI/CD and observability.
