You will own delivery, technical excellence, team health and operational resilience in an end-to-end, product-led environment.

You will partner with Product, Architecture and Operations to shape backlogs, reduce technical debt and ensure secure, scalable solutions that meet regulatory requirements while enabling seamless

Qualifications

• 2+ years leading software engineering teams in complex or regulated environments.
• Strong Java software engineering background with Java 21 and Spring Boot.
• Experience with AWS and event-driven architectures.
• Experience delivering product-led, agile software.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
