Qualifications

• Significant experience in senior technology leadership within large-scale, regulated environments.
• Track record of managing and scaling high-performing software engineering teams (25+).
• Excellent stakeholder management and ability to influence cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead and inspire a cross-functional engineering team (c.25-30 people across 5 squads) to deliver high-quality software.
• Provide structured leadership for consistent delivery, productivity, and team wellbeing.
• Partner with Product Managers and stakeholders to align engineering outcomes with business value.
