Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a STEM subject from listed areas.
• On-track or completed degree with strong academic record.
• Interest in engineering development and rotations.

Responsibilities

• Complete a 3-year Graduate Development Programme accredited by IET, IMechE and RAeS.
• Rotate in Year 3 across business units to explore engineering lifecycles.
• Engage in discipline learning pathways and core transversal skills.
• Develop engineering skills and work on new/existing Thales products.
• Build a professional network across the organisation.
