Job summary
ASSA ABLOY Traka^s UK team in Olney is seeking a Software Installation & Integration Technician to install, configure, upgrade and migrate Traka software solutions. You will work closely with customers, project managers and technical teams to ensure successful deployments and ongoing support throughout the customer lifecycle.
You will configure integrations with third-party systems, investigate issues, and provide first- and second-line support while maintaining clear documentation and knowledge
Qualifications
- Knowledge of SQL databases, Windows operating systems, IT networking and software installation, configuration or support.
- Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills for complex technical issues.
- Clear written and verbal communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Install, configure, upgrade and migrate Traka software solutions and perform health checks.
- Configure, test and support integrations between Traka and third-party systems.
- Provide 1st/2nd line technical support, investigate issues and resolve software, database and integration problems.
- Coordinate field service work orders for on-site assistance with customers and project managers.
- Build/test environments, document configurations and share knowledge to improve processes.
