ASSA ABLOY Global Solutions in Olney, UK is seeking a Sales Engineer to provide pre-sales technical support and post-sales assistance for the Traka UK team and partners. You will translate customer requirements into solutions and collaborate with R&D for developments.

You will design and deliver integrated asset management solutions, support the customer journey, and manage technical projects with internal teams. A strong background in IT and networking is essential.

Qualifications

• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to identify and implement effective solutions.
• Excellent planning, organisational, and documentation skills.
• Experience designing, reviewing, and deploying technical solutions.
• Knowledge of software installation and integrating multiple platforms.
• Solid IT and networking knowledge, including Microsoft applications, SQL, and TCP/IP.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver integrated key and asset management solutions, including technical specifications and documentation.
• Provide technical expertise throughout the customer journey, from pre-sales discussions and demonstrations to post-sales support.
• Enable project implementation, complex integrations, SSO solutions, and technical project management activities.
• Work with internal teams to provide training, advanced technical assistance, procurement submissions, and development recommendations.
• Build strong stakeholder relationships by working closely with sales, operations, technical teams, and customers while promoting health and safety standards.
