ASSA ABLOY Traka’s UK team in Olney is seeking an Application Support Technician to handle 1st and 2nd line technical support for UK customers, with on-call 7x7 coverage and escalation to EMEIA 3rd level when needed.

You will work in a team-focused environment, supporting ticket management, issue replication, and on-site coordination while delivering strong customer service and clear communication matters.

Qualificações

• Knowledge of SQL databases, Windows systems and IT networking.
• Experience in similar roles handling queries from end users.
• Demonstrates flexibility, adaptability, and team spirit while maintaining accuracy and detail.
• Delivers excellent customer service with clear written and verbal communication, even in high-pressure situations.
• Prioritizes workloads with a proactive and organized approach.

Responsabilidades

• Provide 1st and 2nd line support via phone and email to UK customers with ticket management.
• Investigate issues across diverse environments; replicate faults using test systems and resolve.
• Collaborate with EMEIA 3rd level support; raise Field Service Work Orders for on-site engineering.
• Exchange knowledge within the team to improve service quality and resolution.
• Perform general admin tasks within the customer services department to support operations.
