Qualifications

• Experience in similar support roles handling end-user queries.
• Strong written and verbal communication under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1st and 2nd line support via phone and email to UK customers, with high-quality ticket management.
• Investigate technical issues across diverse environments and replicate faults in test systems.
• Escalate to EMEIA 3rd level support when on-site engineering is required.
• Share knowledge to improve service quality and speed of resolution.
• Perform general administrative tasks within the customer services department.
