Our client, a well-established Family Assessment Centre in Hendon, London, is seeking an experienced and passionate Social Worker to join their dedicated team. Role Overview

The successful candidate will work closely with children, families, and multi-agency teams to improve family outcomes, focusing on safeguarding children and empowering families to thrive independently. Key Responsibilities
  • Work collaboratively with families, children, and other professionals to develop and implement tailored support plans.
  • Manage complex court cases involving child protection investigations.
  • Coordinate and chair meetings, produce concise reports, and engage effectively with children and their families.
  • Ensure all interventions prioritize child welfare and family support, making decisions in line with statutory guidelines.
  • Promote a safe and positive environment that upholds the values of social care.
Requirements
  • Social Work qualification and HCPC registration with at least 2 years of experience.
  • Proven experience managing complex children and family cases, particularly in court proceedings and child protection.
  • Strong knowledge of safeguarding principles and children\'s social care theory, legislation, and practices.

  • A valid DBS check and UK work authorization.
