Overview

If you're an experienced Social Work Manager or a Senior Practitioner ready for the next step, we want to hear from you. You'll play a key role in shaping practice, supporting transformation and ensuring high-quality outcomes for the people we serve.

As Team Manager, you'll provide strong leadership and a clear social work voice within an integrated system. This is a hybrid role requiring a strong presence alongside your teams, fostering collaboration and supporting our journey towards an Integrated Care System.

You'll champion Human Learning Systems, embedding a person‑centred, strengths‑based approach that drives innovation and continuous improvement. Alongside this, you'll ensure financial compliance and adherence to purchase of care budgets, balancing quality and sustainability.

You'll join a committed, supportive local management team, lead on key locality portfolio areas, and guide a diverse staff group to deliver outstanding services. In return, you'll receive excellent support and supervision to help you thrive.
