Your responsibilities
  • Support the management and delivery of services within the Family Support Team, taking charge of daily management tasks.
  • Oversee all areas related to child protection and family support services, including court processes and public law outlines (PLO), offering assistance to families assessed as needing support for their vulnerable children.
  • Facilitate the development of staff through reflective supervision, promoting continuous learning and improvement.
  • Coordinate with the existing management team to ensure seamless operations and effective service delivery.
  • Engage with stakeholders to enhance the support and resources provided to families, advocating for best practices and improved outcomes.
