Job summary

Citizens Advice Gateshead is seeking a Social Welfare Contact Centre Adviser to help local residents with welfare benefits, housing, energy and money advice. You will join a supportive team delivering accurate information and compassionate guidance across multiple channels.

The role offers a 7-day service model, flexible hours (full or part-time), and a commitment to social change and equality. Training will be provided to develop expertise in complex welfare issues and person-centred support.
