Job summary

Citizens Advice Ltd is seeking an experienced adviser with a strong background in providing high-quality advice and a solid knowledge of welfare benefits. You will help clients access welfare entitlements through casework, including tribunal representation when needed.

Advice will be delivered virtually and face to face according to service user needs, via phone, secure email or secure video calls. You will also raise awareness of the service and deliver talks and training as required.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering high-quality advice.
• Knowledge of welfare benefits.
• Ability to work independently and meet targets.

Responsibilities

• Undertake casework to help clients access welfare entitlements.
• Provide advice virtually and face-to-face (phone, secure email, secure video).
