Our client is a well respected health charity based in London Bridge that supports communities across the UK. They are looking for a proactive and creative Social Media Officer to support the charity’s digital presence, create engaging content, and help deliver meaningful awareness and fundraising campaigns.

As a Social Media Officer, you will:
  • Support the delivery of the social media strategy across all platforms
  • Create engaging content including copy, graphics, and short form videos
  • Schedule posts, monitor activity, and respond to supporter enquiries
  • Track performance and produce monthly analytics reports
  • Work with internal teams to develop campaign content and messaging
  • Ensure all content aligns with brand guidelines, accessibility, and safeguarding standards
  • Keep up to date with trends and recommend new content ideas
  • Support relationships with external agencies, freelancers, and influencers where needed
What we’re looking for:
  • Experience managing social media channels for a charity, health organisation, or purpose driven brand
  • Strong writing, editing, and visual content creation skills
  • Confident using social scheduling and analytics tools
  • Understanding of audience engagement and digital best practice
  • Highly organised with the ability to balance multiple deadlines
  • Collaborative, creative, and confident communicating with stakeholders
