Key Responsibilities

The Cluster Social Media Executive will be responsible for managing and growing the social media presence of Chelsea Harbour and Baileys hotels, including associated F&B outlets. This role will deliver engaging, on-brand content across platforms, execute campaigns, and lead community engagement efforts to support brand visibility, guest engagement, and business objectives.

Social Media Management

Oversee daily operations of Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok accounts for the Hotels.

Develop and manage monthly content calendars in line with marketing campaigns and hotel activities.

Ensure consistent brand voice, visual standards, and storytelling across all channels.

Content Creation & Publishing

Capture, edit, and publish high-quality short-form video and photography on-site.

Write captions and create graphics using tools such as Canva to support organic and paid campaigns.

Provide live event coverage on social platforms where relevant.
