A family-owned glazing specialist seeks a Social Media Executive in London to manage and create engaging content across various platforms. You will work closely with the Marketing Manager to enhance brand visibility and community engagement. Ideal candidates are creative, self-motivated, and have strong skills in social media content creation and analytics. Our range includes award-winning bifold and sliding doors, stylish aluminium windows, and bespoke glazing solutions. Our projects regularly feature in leading magazines and on television programmes such as Grand Designs.

We’re looking for a Social Media Executive to amplify our brand visibility, engage our audiences, and help turn attention into enquiries.
Working closely with the Marketing Manager, you will :
Create and schedule high‑quality, engaging content (posts, Stories, Reels / shorts, videos, graphics) across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Pinterest, and YouTube.
Plan and maintain a platform‑specific content calendar aligned to campaign goals and the wider marketing strategy.
Manage day‑to‑day posting, community engagement, and audience management across channels.
Proactively trend‑spot, applying relevant formats, sounds, hashtags, and best practices to boost performance.
Monitor, analyse, and report on content performance; use insights
to inform future strategies
Engage with relevant audiences on social media platforms to help build brand visibility.
Track competitor activity and wider industry trends to identify new opportunities.
Collaborate with teams across the business (sales, projects, installations) to identify content opportunities.
Demonstrable experience in social media content creation, including short‑form video.
Strong copywriting skills, creative flair, and a keen eye for detail and brand consistency.
Confident using scheduling tools, Meta Business Manager, and analytics (e.g. platform insights, Google Analytics).
Self‑motivated, with excellent problem‑solving skills and the ability to work effectively and independently.
A confident communicator with great interpersonal skills and eagerness to learn and contribute to growth.
Basic graphic design skills (Canva / Adobe), experience with paid social, influencer collaborations, or user‑generated content.
