Totalmobile is seeking an experienced Software Implementation Consultant to work directly with social housing customers across the UK, understanding how their organisations operate and to maximise the value of Totalmobile’s technology. You will collaborate with repairs and maintenance, property services, compliance and IT teams to map processes, identify improvements and configure suitable solutions.

Qualifikationen

• Experience delivering software implementation projects within the UK social housing sector.
• Strong knowledge of the systems, processes and operational challenges found within social housing organisations.
• Experience leading customer workshops, gathering and translating requirements, configuring solutions, training users and supporting go-lives.
• Ability to build credibility with operational and senior stakeholders.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills with a consultative approach to customer challenges.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to translate technical concepts into business outcomes.

Aufgaben

• Lead discovery workshops and map business processes for implementations.
• Configure Totalmobile solutions to meet customer needs and run training sessions.
• Support testing, go-live activities and post-implementation reviews.
• Collaborate with Project Managers, Product Teams, Developers, Customer Success Managers and Account Directors.
• Engage in demonstrations, pre-sales engagements and strategic customer conversations.
